Asking for Self, Male, 25 years old, Karachi
I've a really bad snoring problem. I've tried changing pillows and changing sleeping positions but nothing helps. Can someone guide how to get rid of it? I don't have any previous medical history, though i feel tired and exhausted most of the time. Thanks in advance for your much appreciated help.

No doctor i haven't had any lab tests done before.
Yes i get breath shortness easily while climbing or running. Also the very frequent urine urgency, and i can't hold urine for very long. My appetite is normal.
