AOA. Mera kuch din pehle gala kharab howa tha to dr ne che k krke pyloclar di thi or kaha tha ke 5 din ka course krna hai. Ab antibiotic ka course karne ke baad se mera gala swell karaha hai bht shadeed takleef to nahi hoti nigalte howe lekin phir bhi lagta hai ke galey main kuch chub raha hai ya kuch atka howa sa hai. Maine neck check ki haath laga kar to koi lump to mehsoos nahi horaha hai or na bukhar ya vomit bhi howi hai phr yeh kyu horaha hai. Koi garam cheez jese chai ya soup peti hon to takleef halki hojati hai lekin phr thori deir baad dobara halki halki shoro hojati hai. Main dobara usi dr k pas gayi to usne disprin k gharare krnw ko kaha or apni koi dawai di jis se waqti fark hojata hai lekin phir wohi sab shoro hojata hai. Kiya yeh viral hai ya mujhe kpi prob hogayi hai galey ki. Plz meri help kare main bht pershan hon.

apparently it looks viral to me but have you consulted an ENT specialist for problem. ? if not you should. in the meantime take tab brufen 400mg twice daily after meals & do saline gargles every 4 hrs & avoid spicy/ oily/ very hot or very cold liquids. it should settle in 2-3 weeks since it started.
