She have hx of diabetes blood pressure nd rheumatoid arthritis taking medicine regularly nd two month before she has vertigo taking serc 24mg twice nd stugeron forte has done test cbc ,alt,creatinine ultrasound which r normal at that time two months before ........ kindly suggest test for this now ....?

Diabetes targets Heart and kidneys mostly.
By seeing these reports her kidneys may have been affected. she should be strictly on "Insulin".
Serum albumin should be performed.
ECG and ECHO will be helpful to rule out any cardiac cause.

Lasix is good for swelling but in Cardiac issues mostly.
Hospitals have been re-opened, we have started Cardiac Unit at Peshawar.
