My mother has been feeling swelling on the left and right sides of her lower belly for the past few months, and sometimes she also feels a little pain, which is less on the back side, but it occurs occasionally and is not daily. She also feels swelling there. That's why we got an ultrasound report done 2 days ago, but it is not clear whether this is a kidney issue or not, and whether it is serious. Should we book a proper consultation for this? Please kindly check the report I am attaching and guide us urgently so that we can take some action regarding this.
