it could be fungal but most likely viral as you are young.
my best guess would be apply
kenalog oral base 4 times a day. It will relieve the discomfort and will heal with time.
First take folic acid 400microgram. Next use a good quality mouth wash daily and use Luke warm water with salt in it for gargling two times a day. you would be better in days. rest if ulcers are big/painful please go to nearby physician for through examination as it could be infection and they could start antibiotics/antifungal. if yo

Get check yourself by a Doctor to rule out the underlying cause first. Meanwhile you can use Solophar Throat Spray and warm saline gargles.

Do some warm water salt gargles. Only half to 3/4 teaspoon of salt in a warm glass of water 3 times a day. Drink hot fluids like Joshanda and green tea, herbal tea etc. If no improvement in 2 days, must consult a doctor in physical clinic.
