Dear Patient,

As your TSH levels are currently within normal limits, it would be advisable to reduce your thyroid medication, or even stop it completely. However, do not abruptly stop your medication without the supervision of an endocrinologist, who is the focal person for the management of your condition. Your medication may need to be tapered down to an acceptable dose. Stopping thyroid medication abruptly is not recommended. Thanks.
