Assalamu Alakum My Wife is 34 weeks Pregnant Hb Level is 7.5 She has Too much Swelling in Her feet and Ankles. How to Reduce that Swelling ?

important thing is not to reduce swelling but to find the cause of swelling and then treat accordingly.
she needs to check her blood pressure and get her Urine DR and UCE test done to find out underlying cause
Is she taking any iron supplements???

first of all you have to correct hb
start tab bislerii od for 2 weeks
elavate her feets asked her to start walk ????then let me know afrer 5days
masla ni h normaly age 40 k bad ye start ho ta ni h kuch homopathy medicine use kre sai ho jae pani (water) ka use zada kre
she is 34 weeks pregnant so venofer injection lgwayain to correct anemia and for swelling check bp if normal then its normal elevate limbs
Her HB levels are low, she should take venofer injection. Or iron supplement.
Hb level is too low consult your gynecologist for blood transfusion or venofer inj. For swelling taangen larka k nhi Bethna. Sote hue paon k neeche pillow rkh k uncha krna hai

. but Agar zaada hai .. to get her blood pressure monitored and ek urine dr karwa kar gynecologist ko dikhain ..
hb 7.5 hai to she needs iron .. make sure wo apnau iron supplements lai rahi hon and make sure k wo diet k atleast two hours pehlay ya baad main ho .. cuz iron ko absorb honay main time lagta hai plus iron supplements ko orange juice ya Mossambi ka juice ya limo pani ka sath khain .. Agar ye kam nai karta to eventually venofer k injections lagain gai ..

brother she is 34 weeks pregnant she needs investigation to rule out any harmful underlying cause so you must not take risk
get her blood pressure checked
get whole cbc, uce, lft and urine Dr to rule out dangerous underlying cause
low hemoglobin will obviously correct by blood transfusion but we need to know if this is the solely reason for swelling by ruling out other causes
