Talk to General Practitioner on Typhoid Positive Had A Lot Of Treatment But Still Positive And Getting Weak Day By Day

Dear Sir/ Madam, I am suffering from a health issue it was start with lose motion later own I get to know I have typhoid but I haven’t feel fever but salmonella was positive took a lot of treatments later another report shows that I have H pylori did treatment and now it negative but still discomfort and stomach have sound gastric and eating medicine but situation are same even antidepressant and esomeprazole with some other medicine I am taking kindly advice me what should I do and which test is required I will visit the lab first then will consult one of you which is best waiting for the help please suggest me straight I am fed up visiting doctors and the labs also. I have current LFT , CBC ,H pylori which are normal except have little low my Haemoglobin
