Hi doctor, when I go to bed for sleeping or taking rest , I started feelings like my heart is beating in my ears. My heart is beating so hard that I can feel it into my ears. I've no medical history but I'm taking hair vit multi vitamins for hair treatment from last month and since then I've notice many issues in my body. my menstrual cycle also got disturbed, I had periods for 10 long days and the flow was also quite heavy. after 10 days I still see some spotting and brownish discharge. what to do?

please get tested for Thyroid profile(free T3 ,FreeT4, Tsh),CUE , RFTs.
drink planty of water and avoid stressfull life.
multi vit have nothing to do with period but u can get ur bp checked near by secondly if u have agood diet u don't need multivit even for hair u can add some almonds milk in ur diet and carrot cucumber .heavy flow once is not aproblem unless it continues and affect ur daily life activities take apples and iron rich vegetables to replace .for young female medicine are not required unless going thru disease .. medicine have side to be natural take balance diet some exercise daily and glass of milk at night to sleep well

serum TSH

Get thyroid profile and CBC done and get appointment on line .
that could be physiological but one need to rule out metabolic cause as well, some thyroid diseases may cause palpitations and anxiety, do check your thyroid profile, do u feel tremors or sweating ?
