Talk to General Practitioner on Ankle Get Hurt While Running And Swells A Bit With Very Hard Pain

We were playing with kids on this pandemic situation to entertain our children's while my wife's feet twist while running and she fells down with pain and whenever she turns and give some force on feet it gets very hard pain on the ankle and now swelling start building she is not being able to walk with feet on the surface she is walking on toes please let me know what to do in this situation I apply Tiger balm and give her 1 tablet of voren OPD's are closed please help me in this out.
