Aslam u alaikum , I am taking Acerycal 10/10 mg (Perindopril arginine/amlodipine) for blood pressure , my b/p is controlled with it , if I try Tadalafil 5 mg for my weak erection , would it be safe ?

If you have any history of ischemic heart disease (heart attack or angina) , especially if you are on nitrates, then tadalafil SHOULD NOT be taken.
otherwise, no drug interaction with perindopril/amlodipine alone.

Yes tadalafil can be lethal... It should not be used.

Tadalafil has lot of side effects... So dont use it.... I will prescribe you a better one for that purpose without side effects.
