Talk to General Practitioner on Cervical Pain & Headache

i am aking for my mother. She is between 45 to 50. She is suffering from cervical pain & aadhay sar ka dard almost week hogya hai. She is having medicine that Dr. Prescribed almost 6 months ago. She wants to go to neurologist at liaquat national hospital , pehly bhi wahun dikhaya tha, she is using heat bag and vintogeno balm for her back and neck side, but aadhay sar ka dard ni khtm horhaa, please suggest what to do? Opd in liaquat national are closed. I am attaching pictures of her reports and medicine slip.
