Talk to General Problems on Leg Jerk

Asking for Father, Male, 51 years old, Karachi.

My father suddenly jerk his leg in his sleep but he is not aware of it. Why is that?

This is exactly my query. My father suddeny jerks/flexes his leg while he is in deep sleep since long. I asked him he said i feel nothing i am completely fine. But i am worried. Please tag any neurologist or any physician so he can explain and i can convince my father to visit a neurologist.
