Talk to General Practitioner on Low Grade Fever,pain Near Chest And Dry Cough

One week ago it started from a throbbing headache and then i vomitted, fever was 99-100 and i was feeling very one or two days i had my pain near chest not exactly the chest the upper part. I was taking fevadol for fever.. But i am still having low grade fever now since two days i am having cough.. Feeling very tired no flu and breathing problem and also i am a thyroid patient and i also have headache One doctor said it's acute bronchitis is it so or this could be corona virus? And where can i get my self tested for corona virus in karachi? Can i get tested at home and the charges?
