Talk to General Practitioner on Mosquito Bite On Testicle

hello dr yesterday while in a washroom i gotten bitten by a mosquito on my scrotum .. since then im feeling pain in the area where it had bitten me .. do i need to take any tblet .. i know these mosquito bites are common but on testicle has been on the first time for me ?? should i need any tblets in advance to prevent any sort of infection ???
