1. As a dietician, i am not in favour of prescribing miltivitamins unless i see any deficiency.
A healthy person can take multivitamins easily from their diet, and this is the natural mechanism. Relying on tablets to provide you with optimum nutrition is not the right way.
Drink fresh juices, eat raw vegetables, consume dry fruits and you're good to go
