Talk to General Practitioner on Night Fall - Prostatitis

I am facing night fall problem from the last 2 years. I did my semen analysis. PUS cells counted 18 - 20 / HPF. Doctor gave me antibiotics but my night fall did not cure. I went to another doctor. He diagnosed UTI and gave strong intravenous antibiotice injection along with oral antibiotic tablets. But it also did not cure. I went to homeopathic for 4 months. But it also did not cure it fully. During the course of my treatment I have done following tests: Liver Function Test (All normal) Thyroid Function Test (All normal) Lipid Profile (All Normal) Prostate Gland Ultra Sound (Size of Prostate Gland normal)

Now from the last 5 months I used to feel irritation in my bladder when I take coffee or more caffeine. I however have stopped using spicy food, oily eatables etc long ago. I went to another Urologist. He did my Oral Examination and diagnosed mild prostatitis. Now I am using Ciprofloxacin 500 mg (1 month), Dexibuprofen 200 mg ( 21 days), Vibramycin 100 mg (21 days). I am
