Talk to General Practitioner on Pain From Hip To Entire Right Leg

My mother suffered from pain (Start from Hip to entire leg) specially under knee pain is swear. Last time I visited Nishter Hospital Multan (Orthopedics Ward) during lockdown because Private doctor clinics were closed. There one of ward Doctor checked and suggested some and Blood Test. I took mother to perform Xrays and tests. However After completing said procedure return to the ward Doctor. He told us that Patient had osteophyes issues and suggested some Medicines. How till the date no fruitful progress was found. Kindly advise for further process. Thanks
