Talk to General Problems on Voice Correction

I just wanted to ask if you perform voice correction surgery. I have a high pitched voice, often a cause of embarrassment. I ignored it for long but it is now coming in my way of career progression. Kindly let me know if it is possible to make my voice more 'manly'. Thank you.
