Talk to Gynecologic Oncologist on Intermural Fibroids

I am a 24 years old unmarried woman and getting married in 45 days recently I'm diagnosed with intermural fibroid one at anterior wall measuring 1.3×1.0cm another one at fundus measuring 1.2×1.1cm. My period cycle is regular but my periods are very painful and clotting during periods and feel pelvis pain after any prolong physical activity. I'm always constipated and have a swollen belly and get vaginal discharge often. My Dr suggested me to loose weight and avoid eating rice and roti and she also recommended me to drink sachet of alfasitol daily to cut down my weight I had 61 kgs but after following all her instructions and strictly dieting I cut down to 57 kgs in one and a half month.
