Talk to Gynecologist on Conceive / Pregnancy

Hello, we are trying to conceive, and since 3 4 days my wife having slightly droplet pinkish bleeding, today she also vomited and instantly get headache and slightly tempreature, is this earlier pregnancy symptoms. Thank you, waiting for your response
