Talk to Haemoncologist on Haemoptysis

Asking for Mother, Female, 67 years old, Lahore My mother have an episode of haemoptysis in january 2019. Findings are:- Cystic changes in RUL , CXR Infiltrate seen on RUL , No pleural effusion, no honey combing structure, Patch consolidation seen on RUL ,CT Scan. IGE Levels were :121 Spirometry tets were perfect. Treatemnt she got is cefipime and tranexamic acid with cleniccla and auttum. But all of sudden as on 2nd Dec 2020 she got second epsiode of haemoptysis, slightly lighter than first one.Treatment she gets is moxyfloxacin tablet and tranexamic acid tablet with herbal cough syrup for seven days.Now she is fine. what approach or path should we take for treatment diagnosis.Is it so ething to worry or is just pneumonia.
