Talk to Neuro Psychiatrist on Brain Tb Or Not

My mother is 79 she has confusion, fatigue sleepy,right side weakness. Her mri shows 3 lesions in brain. Doctors r not sure whether it is tb ,cancer or virus. Biopsy is not possible due to her age.they did gamma knife surgery about 7 weeks ago.but she gets more confused now since 15 days she can't talk. She is not able to walk without support. Pet ct is attached. Does she have brain tb? This is an abnormal FDG PETICT scan. Above mentioned findings representing FeG AVid neoplastic lesion in the medial basal segment of right lower lobe with metastatic deposits in the brain, metastatic lymph nodes in the abdomen and metastatie deposits in the bony skoteton. PORTING There is also evidence of tuberculous changes in the ilungs with FDG avid lymph nodes in the mediastinum, right hlar lymph node is more in line with metastatic lymph nodes, other mediastinal lymph nodes may be secondary to granulomatous versus metastatic mediastinal lymphadenopathy.
