MRI LS Spine impression:
1) Mild spondylosis seen. Small anterior osteophytes are seen. 2) Diffuse posterior disc bulge is seen in L4-5 and L5-S1 levels, mild compression is seen in right neural foramen nerve root at L4 level.
MRI Cervical spine impression:
1) Straightening of the cervical curvature is noted. 2) Mild cervical spondylosis is seen mainly at the C5-C6 level with posterior disc bulge showing righ sided preponderance causing mild impression on the right exiting nerve roots. 3) Asymmetrically prominent left-sided lingual tonsils need ENT correlation.
