Talk to Nutritional Psychologist on Struggling To Eat Despite Hunger – Anxiety Or Something Else?

I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety, and I’ve noticed a persistent issue with eating. Even when I feel hungry, I just can't bring myself to eat. The food stays in front of me, I play with it, but I can’t seem to take bites or swallow properly. It’s not about lack of appetite—there are times I genuinely feel hunger, but I still can’t eat.
I have consulted psychiatrists, psychologists, and nutritionists, but no one has been able to help. Could this be related to anxiety, a form of an eating disorder, or something else? I would really appreciate any insights on what might be happening and how to approach it.
