hi so I'm 21 , I had a baby teeth removed and the tooth which was supposed to come in its place is coming in a different place as you can see in X-ray on left where's there is small empty space is place from where baby tooth is removed any suggestions

The exact position of the underlying impacted tooth needs to be assessed with a CBCT which is a 3S scan of teeth and jaws . That will help in determining if the tooth is lying in a favorable position to be aligned with braces or not . But most likely you might need to get it extracted and get a replacement or space be managed with braces . kindly visit in person so that a definitive treatment plan can be made
