Dear Patient,
Due to some system issue I am unable to see your x-ray. maybe you did not upload properly. either way a milk tooth retained is a common problem and it can easily be resolved with fixed braces, or in very minor cases, with aligners. Proper in clinic examination along with your Xrays is the best way to get your teeth alignment planned properly. not only your wrongly erupted permanent tooth, all other teeth with minor problems or any major hidden problems can easily be rectified with modern braces.

I leave it Dr Farhan save at any of the mention clinics in profile such as Dentafix, Perfect teeth, Athena aesthetics or Smile pod, for detailed consultation examination and a proper treatment plan which can be managed even if you are studying abroad.

Dear Patient,
bite issues are either present or not. Even with extracted canines if you are able to eat and speak properly, and there is no gap between your teeth, then your bite is fine. if you have issues in speech or eating, or you have difficulty in closing your mouth properly, then there is a bite issue. besides functionality, if there is any missing space which is an aesthetic concern, then it also needs to be addressed.

detail clinical diagnostic review in clinic along with x-rays would help identify all the issues in your teeth and smile. after that I detailed plan can be discussed to solve as many problems as possible with comfortable and flexible treatment options.
