Talk to Paediatric Radiologist on Baby Teething

Baby teething My baby is 12 mth old. Her first tooth appear when she was 10 mth In the front side of lower part but second tooth appear from the upper front part. My consent is that the first two tooth of babies usually come in the lower part. What should I do. Is there any problem because she only had one tooth in the lower part and one tooth in the upper part. And there is no sign of third tooth coming.
