Pain Specialist

Question

Har thode din mein mere left side upper back mein pain start hojata hai aur wo buhat zayda houta hai aur I guess ussi ki wajah se left breast mein bhe pain hota hai aur yeh har kuch din mein hota severe aur pher normal hojata and it's happening since 2 or 3 years. I've gone to multiple doctors, did ultrasound, x-ray, blood test all are clear. Doctors always says it's either muscle pain aur gastric pain and someone said this to me k yeh somatic symptom disorder is it true? Pls help me figure out
