I was on my training for forces and suddenly during training my shin pain started. Its been more than one and a half month, I'm not doing any physical activity but the pain is still there.

It can be muscular pain in origin as you have mentioned you were on training.
start on
Tablet. movax 2 mg (1 +1) 7 days
Tablet. tramadol plus (1 +1) for 5 days
Do come for follow up after one week. mean while try to give maximum rest to that particular leg and keep it starighten. Also get an XRAY AP and Lateral View of lower limb.

It seems u have injured your shin muscle which happens at time. Get your shin ultrasound done to see any tear or blood/ Hematoma. It can be treated accordingly. Stay blessed
Difficult to comment on this short history & without examination. But it seems to be soft tissue injury. As you said more than half a month..need workup for diagnosis

do you have any injury /truma , how is character of pain ( burning , itching , dull , sharp , pricking )
how sever it is ?

Assalam o alaikum. Assessment is the key as there are multiple causes of this pain. Might required diagnostic Radiology aw well.
FOR pain relief you can take tab synflex subhu sham for temporary relief.
