Aslam o Alaikum Dr sahib muje 15 saal se right shoulder joint mn pain hai bazo ko uper , piche , krne mn bahut mushkil hoti hai. 2 bar injection bi lgwa chuka hon. Physiotherapy bi kai ber kerw li hai lekin kuch fraq ni. Ab pehle se zyda issue hai MRI ki report sath laga raha hon mashwara den muje kya krna chahiye. Dr surgery ka keh rahe hn. Surgery pe kitni cost aye gi ? Or kahan se kerwani chahiye Plz recommending me best doctor for orthroscopy
