Talk to Pathologist on Lung Inflammation And Blood Vomits

My ward is suffering from a locking feeling in the lungs with a burning sensation. He is having recurrent coughs and has had blood vomits as well. He is also having blackouts so severe that he loses consciousness. He is not a chain-smoker though he smokes occasionally with friends. Please let me know what doctor to refer to and what the possible diagnosis might be.
