Asking for Someone Else, Other, Male, 13 years old, Lahore
I am asking for a 13-year-old boy. Previously, he used to sit on the sofa at home all day, looking at his mobile and overthinking, constantly filled with tension and intrusive thoughts . During that time, his upper body and face looked heavy, congested, and oddly long (not fat, but strangely elongated), and his full body hair (except head hair, eyebrows, and eyelashes), beard, and mustache were quite visible, while his lower body
was like a child's.
Now, after starting running and physical activity, his upper body looks normal like a child again, and his face has become very small, fine, and innocent like a child's. Also, his full body hair (except head hair, eyebrows, and eyelashes), beard, and mustache appear much less.
Could his previous appearance be due to sitting all day and looking at the mobile, causing fluid retention and intense facial muscle tension, rather than bone changes or permanent hormonal shifts? If bones don't shrink, then what exactly became small? Please guide according to medical logic
