My son is 21 days since two days he did not pass stool although he is in mother feed kindly tell me what to do

if he is taking milk, dont have vomiting, and there no abdominal distention. then nothing to worry. continue mother feed. on mother feed baby can pass stool even after 7 days. if develop vomiting, reffusal of milk and develop abdominal distension. then please come to OPD.
For a 21-day-old breastfed baby who hasn't passed stool for two days, this can be normal if he is feeding well and gaining weight. Continue breastfeeding regularly and watch for signs of discomfort or vomiting. If no stool after 3 days or worrying symptoms appear, medical advice is needed. ?
