Talk to Pediatric Gastroenterologist on Contipation In 3 Year Old Toddler

My daughter is facing constipation from last 6 to 7 months on and off but now from last week she is having severw constipation and does not passes stool normally wothout medicine like lilac and grioe water and glycerine sticks(batti)... She is not potty trained yet i have tried a lot but she refuses to go to bathroom or use the potty seat and clstarts crying if i tell her to use washroom instead of diaper.. I want to ask if its safe to use lilac syrup for a 3 year old and ways to relief constipation and when should i to go to the specialist?

for time being increase water intake of child, lilac is safe in children you can use it but we need to know cause of chronic constipation for that doctor's visit is must.
