Talk to Pediatric Gastroenterologist on Diarrhea O

My 14 months old boy did vomitings last week on Thursday. We took him to emergency and doc gave onset, entrogermina and rigix for 3 days. From next day of Medicines he is suffering from diarrhea. Went to doc and she gave him Zincat OD for 14 days along with rigix . It's been 6-7 days the diarrhea is not cured and he's still passing watery stool 9-10 times a day. At night also he does 3-4 motions. Alhamdulillah they are not admitting him because there's no signs of dehydration Alhamdulillah.

Is it viral? Should we go to doc and change his medicine or continue it for few more days. Any pediatric here who can guide pls.
