Talk to Pediatric Surgeon on Circumcision

My 12 year old need circumcision. Doctor advise me to do it under general anesthesia with ring block. He told me he will use GA with sevo and lma. General anesthesia has its own side effect like sevo may cause MH and other possible complications. Is it possible to do under minimal time moderate sedation as child is cooperative. There are many doctors which do it under local in many countries where the use jet injectors for local anesthesia first. I am looking for any pediatric surgeon who can do under minimal possible sedation other local anesthesia with jet injector technique.
