My Son is 1 year old having born wih hirschsprung disease his stomach was made at 5 months of his age ever since he was pooping good from stoma but ever since 2 days he is not pooping at all even after taking solid feeds and mother feed. But he his passing gas we went to indus emergency they had his xray done and blood reports as well everything was okay. But my concern is the same why is he not pooping

if not settling,stoma washout krwain ksi pediatric surgeon se and further workup.

if patient is taking feed and not vomiting,but stoma not working..thats means that issue is with stoma..give glycerin suppoistry per stoma to activate the stoma.or wash the stoma with saline..any there is any mechanical obstruction at stoma..needs clinically to see
and whats the biopsy status of stoma its ganglion positive or not?
