probably if done by proper doctor like child specialist or urologist or paeds surgeon than they call for follow visit after 1-2 days to remove ring. Kindly see your doctor again, if not done by doctor visit proper specialist.
If there is no swelling or redness around the ring used on glance of baby you can wait a couple of days more hopfully it will fall down,otherwise visit the surgeon who has done circumcision
