Asslam O Alaikum My son is almost 11 months old, he was all ok but from last one /one and half months his left testicle got sudden swelling for some times (2-3 hours) and then suddenly all the swellings disappears. Left Ball is all fine while swelling, means ball itself doesn’t swells. Picture is attached

As you can see the rashes in the surroundings in the picture, so we just used some creams like Bitawis-G and Travocart at that time. Now the there are nothing like rashes actually that was the time when we notice the swelling first time.
