Assalam u alaikum! My brother is 9 years old. He didn't listen fully. Now he listen sometimes because of his treatment. But he behave like a one month child. Doctors says he has small mind. As he grows now he has started walking but still not recoverd. I want to ask if this doctor is specialist for this type of child.
