I have total 39 teeth in my mouth, 29 visible 10 hidden. My teeth have gaps and they are not even aligned. Fortunately, they do not hurt. But i want to consult a good doctor who can provide me good solution to get better aesthetics with less pain. I have attache an ex-ray for better review.

you need to visit an orthodontist. these teeth should have exfoliated by 12 to 14 yrs of age. now growth has stopped, so your permanent teeth will not erupt. you will need braces.
