My plaque and tartar removal is increasing day by day even though I brush twice a day and using electric toothbrush. I am using sensodyne toothpaste but in vain Now suggest me a good toothpaste for plaque removal

you cant get rid of tartar /calculus by jst doing brushing not a even with electric brush,brush only remove plaqueok,u have to go to dentist for scaling(cleaning'with machine),scaling should be done after every 6 to 8 month or yearly

don't use sensodyne as it is medicated tooth paste.

then use normal fluoride tooth paste with proper brushing technique
that is a natural phenomena of forming plaque . we can control it by brushing twice a day and flossing once a day in your case what I'm suspecting is that your method of brushing or duration of cleaning teeth can be inadequate so kindly brush your teeth twice a day with your electric toothbrush and spend atleast 2 minutes while brushing and follow up to your dentist after every 3 to 6 months for checkup and clean
