Aoa, My son is 6 weeks old. We went to aga khan for his circumcision today and were told that he has penoscrotal webbing. I wanted to know when is the earliest possible time to get the surgery done alongside circumcision? Is it important that the surgery be done under G. A.? He has mild to moderate penoscrotal webbing, does it ever resolve on it's own?
