Under 10 years child facing undescended testicles, hb level is 9.5, Doctor advise for surgery. Need recommendations for best and affordable procedure
This child requires physical examination to determine if the testicles can be felt (in which case the procedure is an inguinoscrotal orchidopexy) which is cheaper and quicker, with same day discharge. if they're not felt, they need to be found in the abdomen and brought down (procedure is laparoscopic orchidopexy).
