Talk to Pediatric Neurosurgeon on Child Not Crawling Or Walking At 13 Months

Assalam o Alaikum Doctor, I hope you're doing well. I wanted to seek your advice regarding my 13-month-old daughter. During pregnancy, a prenatal scan flagged a possible concern with her cerebellum and fluid levels, however a follow-up 3D scan came back normal. Now at 13 months, she has not yet crawled or walked. She does sit independently, responds to sounds, maintains eye contact, and communicates by shaking her body when she wants to be picked up — so her social and cognitive development seems on track. I am concerned about her motor development and wanted to ask whether this warrants a consultation with you, and if so, what tests or evaluations you would recommend given her prenatal history.
