Talk to Hand Surgeon on Right Wrist Ganglion Cyst With Weak Grip And Impaired Fine Motor Function

I have a ganglion cyst in my right wrist for the past 6 months. I am experiencing hand weakness, reduced grip strength, and difficulty performing fine motor and precision tasks (especially writing). My hand gets fatigued quickly, and I am unable to continue activities for long. I also have occasional pain and mild swelling, particularly after use. I have been using a wrist splint for the last 2 weeks, but there has been no significant improvement. This issue is significantly affecting my daily activities and academic work.
