Salams, generally clear discharge from multiple ducts both sides is physiological. Means not worrisome. If there is blood in discharge or any lump or skin or nipple changes, must get checked by a breast surgeon who would also advise an ultrasound. Stop pressing the nipple to express discharge as it stimulates and increases it. Itching also needs evaluation as if any scabbing is associated, it needs to be checked by a breast surgeon. So visiting one shouldn’t cause worry rather will solve and identify your problem.
