Actifed P Cold Tablet uses include relief of symptoms associated with common cold, flu, and allergies. It is a combination medicine containing three active ingredients: Paracetamol (a pain reliever and fever reducer), Pseudoephedrine (a nasal decongestant), and Triprolidine (an antihistamine). The combination works together to relieve multiple cold symptoms including fever, headache, nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and watery eyes.

Your doctor might give you Actifed P Cold Tablet for:

  • Common cold and flu symptoms

Actifed P Cold Tablet Dosage and Administration

Adult Dosage:

  • Adults and children over 12 years: 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed

  • Maximum: 8 tablets in 24 hours

  • Do not use for more than 3-7 days without consulting a doctor

Children Dosage:

  • Children 6-12 years: 1 tablet every 4-6 hours (under medical supervision)

  • Not recommended for children under 6 years

  • Not recommended for children under 2 years for any reason

How to Take:

  • Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

  • Can be taken with or without food.

  • If stomach upset occurs, take with food or milk.

Don't use Actifed P Cold Tablet if you:
