Actifed P Cold Tablet uses include relief of symptoms associated with common cold, flu, and allergies. It is a combination medicine containing three active ingredients: Paracetamol (a pain reliever and fever reducer), Pseudoephedrine (a nasal decongestant), and Triprolidine (an antihistamine). The combination works together to relieve multiple cold symptoms including fever, headache, nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and watery eyes.

Common cold and flu symptoms
Nasal and sinus congestion
Runny nose and sneezing
Fever and mild to moderate pain
Headache and body aches
Allergic rhinitis (hay fever)
Itchy and watery eyes
Sinus headache and pressure
Post-nasal drip
Eustachian tube congestion
Always follow your doctor's instructions exactly.
Adults and children over 12 years: 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed
Maximum: 8 tablets in 24 hours
Do not use for more than 3-7 days without consulting a doctor
Children 6-12 years: 1 tablet every 4-6 hours (under medical supervision)
Not recommended for children under 6 years
Not recommended for children under 2 years for any reason
How to Take:
Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Can be taken with or without food.
If stomach upset occurs, take with food or milk.
Take it at regular intervals for best effect.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Don't use Actifed P Cold Tablet if you:
Are allergic to Paracetamol, Pseudoephedrine, Triprolidine, or any ingredients
Have taken MAO inhibitors (antidepressants) within the last 14 days
Have severe high blood pressure or heart disease
Have severe liver disease
Have narrow-angle glaucoma
Have urinary retention problems
Are pregnant (especially third trimester) or breastfeeding
Talk with your doctor first if you:
Have high blood pressure
Have heart disease or irregular heartbeat
Have diabetes
Have thyroid problems
Have liver or kidney disease
Have prostate enlargement
Have asthma or breathing problems
Have a history of stomach ulcers

Avoid alcohol as it increases drowsiness
Do not take with other paracetamol-containing products
Do not take with other cold medicines containing similar ingredients
Drink plenty of fluids while taking this medication
