It contains Spironolactone, a potassium-sparing diuretic that works by blocking the effects of aldosterone hormone. This causes the kidneys to remove excess water and sodium while retaining potassium, reducing swelling and lowering blood pressure.

Aldactone Tablet Dosage and Administration

Children Dosage:
